Cautions for garden light installation:
1. It is advisable to use low power, high color rendering, high pressure sodium lamp, metal halide lamp, LED corn lamp and LED bulb lamp for installation of garden and courtyard lighting sources. The insulation resistance of the conductive part of each set of lamps to the ground should be greater than 2MΩ, and the garden lamps should be installed vertically, such as column street lamps, floor street lamps, special garden lamps and other lamps should be reliably fixed to the foundation, and the anchor bolts should be complete. The fuse in each set of lamp fuse box is complete, and the specification is suitable for the lamp. The junction box or fuse box of the luminaire, and the waterproof gasket of the box cover should be installed completely. The street lamps on the poles of overhead lines should be in the correct position, fixed reliably, with complete fasteners and tightened, and each set of lamps should be protected by a fuse. When garden lights and road street lights are equipped with devices that automatically open and close according to the brightness of natural light, they should be debugged, and the automatic on-off power control devices of the lamps should act accurately.
2. Strict attention should be paid to the grounding of garden lights. Metal pillars and lamps can be close to bare conductors and should be reliably connected to the PEN line. The grounding wire should be a single trunk line, the trunk line should be arranged along the garden lights to form a ring network, and the grounding trunk line should be connected to the trunk line of the grounding device at no less than 2 locations. The branch line from the grounding trunk line is connected to the metal lamp post and the ground terminal of the lamp, and there is a mark. The grounding branch of the lamp cannot be connected in series with the lamp to prevent the displacement or replacement of individual lamps and other lamps from losing grounding protection.
3. Power-on trial operation After the lamps have been installed and passed the insulation test, the power-on trial operation is allowed. After power on, check and patrol carefully to check whether the control of the lamp is flexible and accurate; whether the switch corresponds to the control sequence of the lamp. If a problem is found, the power should be turned off immediately, and the cause should be found and repaired until the lamp can operate normally.
